    for the second time, this residence is dumping their old furniture on the front lawn and at the curb. Today, they leaned two mattresses against the trash can. The garbage pickup had to move the mattresses so they could pick up the trash can. Now the items are laying on the front yard.

    We reported this already once. The owner has a large dog that barks continuously when outside. Next step for us is to get a petition going in our neighborhood.

    curbing is too low. space between existing sidewalk and curbing is continually run over by city buses, garbage trucks, etc. Because the curb is so low it encourages the trucks and buses to drive over the curb. In addition, there is no concrete in this space, it is a trip hazard due to tire ruts for pedestrians crossing 22nd Ave NE. The area should be filled in with some form of hard surface material to eliminate this hazard.
