    I spend a lot of time at Carr Park and just in the last year have seen 5 people wipe out here including me. There’s a cutout in the concrete between the two benches near the covered stricture. I believe there used to be a tree in it but now there is nothing and it’s not filled and people wipe out all the time. Please fill this with soil or anything so someone doesn’t get seriously hurt.

    I have seen 2 people come soo close to getting struck crossing here. One or two lanes see the pedestrian and stop but them the 3rd lane doesn't and comes blasting through. It is soo dangerous. I know improvements have been made to this area with the bumpouts but there needs to be more.
