    How are those of us in condo buildings that didn’t receive the new bins expected to recycle if we lost our bins in the removal yesterday?

    My recycling bin was taken mistakenly yesterday. We’re in a condo so we didn’t get the new bins but my bin (one of the short ones) that was still on the sidewalk after recycling came in the morning is gone. (It wasn’t marked for removal)
