    Pothole on Mimosa Dr right after you turn south from Kirk. Have to swing wide to miss it during turn.

    The sidewalk on the north side of Kirk near Columbia Seminary family housing, where Shoal Creek passes underneath, accumulates mud and leaves so that it's not passable for pedestrians. Not sure if the Seminary is responsible or the City, but thought I'd start with the City. The sidewalk is next to the speed bump, and is below the street level. Not a good design, but it's not maintained, either.

    Why are trucks allowed to block the outside westbound lane across from the little Kroger on Commerce St.? It's happening at all times during the day, and is a real driving hazard, especially when people are simultaneously turning left into the Kroger parking lot. I've seen trucks in the morning, and even at rush hour, with major backup. The deliveries need to be made from N. Candler where the street is less busy and wider, too.
