    Traffic Signals Acknowledged
    Shepard Road Saint Paul, Minnesota - West 7th
    The stoplights along Shepard Road need to be timed better based on the time of day and the traffic going to/from downtown. Last Thursday, during rush hour, I hit every red light from Jackson to 35E, heading westbound at 5:15pm. I did the speed limit (40-45mph) the entire time. There was a lot of traffic going the same direction as me. Technology should allow for better signal timing to move the most amount of traffic through in the least amount of time, with much less idling at lights.
