    Complaint received regarding the current signage at the Pioneer Villa's. The current signage placed at the facility indicates a "no parking" zone. However, the signage should reflect a "loading zone" as individuals utilize the space to deliver Meals on Wheels and load/unload residents (and their groceries). The handibus drivers should also be made aware that the space should reflect a "loading zone" rather than a "no parking" zone.

    At approximately 1:19 p.m., the City of Brooks Handibus vehicle was in the north turning lane traveling east. The complainant witnessed the Handibus vehicle not yielding to the emergency vehicle that was traveling through the intersection when their lights were flashing.
