    There is a red/maroon Hyundai car parked in front of 25 Foster Drive with NH plates. It has not moved from this spot for at least a few weeks. Since there are no sidewalks on the street, pedestrians (adults and children) need to walk around the car on this very busy street. I don't know if it has been stolen and/or abandoned. Thanks.

    At the intersection of Frost St and Terri Road there is a pedestrian crosswalk. This is primarily used by kids and adults before and after school (at Dunning Elementary). There is a police officer, who serves as the crossing guard at this intersection. He doesn't wear a colorful vest (yellow/green) and doesn't use a stop sign (red/white) like all the other school crossing guards in the City. Many cars speed up and down Frost St... even though there are 20 MPH warning lights flashing in both directions, I have personally seen some very close calls when the officer was holding up his hand to have cars stop and they either stopped short or sometimes not at all. I believe the officer should wear a vest and use a stop sign to make him more visible to oncoming vehicles.....and prevent injury to himself and pedestrians. Thanks.

    There has been a car (an older Ford SUV) parked in front of 39 Frost St. It's has For Sale signs on it. It's parked facing the wrong direction and in the new bike lane. It has been there for at least a week.

    Frost Street is a very busy street and vehicles are frequently going well over the speed limit. It is especially concerning in that the Dunning School and playground are on this road and there are lots of children in this area....along with people walking and riding bikes. I've frequently seen vehicles not stopping when people are in the crosswalk near the school. The City has done an excellent job in repaving the road and installing new sidewalks. Will the City be implementing measures to curb speeding like "speed humps" ...especially near the school. Or maybe some sort of flashing warning light when someone is going over the speed limit? If not, I'm afraid that vehicles will go even faster now that there is a nice new smooth road.

    While at the traffic lights, I continue to see panhandlers walking up and down the median strips along Rt 30 holding signs and approaching cars looking for money.... from Speen Street to Concord Street. At the Caldor Rd light, I even saw a person using a a dining room chair on the median so he could rest between traffic light changes. I thought Framingham established a law where this activity was prohibited for safety reasons. It's dangerous for the panhandlers and it's very distracting for drivers. It's an accident waiting to happen. This is a very busy road and I would have thought the Police would have observed this activity and enforced the regulation.

    When coming down Foster Drive at the intersection with Old Conn Path there is a stop sign. Because of the overgrown vegetation/shrubs in this area, it's very difficult to see if any cars are coming in both directions. The houses in question are 42 Foster Drive and 190 Old Conn Path. Can someone tell these owners to prune and cut back this stuff? This happens every year. I appreciate your help.

    Facing the Cumberland Farms gas station at 730 Cochituate Rd in Framingham to the right of it there is a path leading up to the Cochituate Rail Trail. Under the ramp there are homeless people laying on the ground along with all kinds of junk strewn around the area. As walkers were passing by this area the homeless people were yelling at them. Not safe. Should I be contacting the Police?

    When driving down Foster Drive there is a Stop sign at the end of the street where it intersects with Old Conn Path. When you stop and look both ways before proceeding, it is very difficult to look in the RIGHT direction because there are many very tall weeds/wild vegetation that block your view. You have to edge out on Old Path to see if any cars are coming. The address is 190 Old Conn Path. Can this vegetation be cut down by the Public Works Dept. so there can be a better view of oncoming traffic? Thanks.

    On Saturday afternoon I was driving down Whittier Street and was going to stop a red light at the intersection with Route 30. I counted 12 panhandlers, who were all over the place with signs asking for money. They were all wearing bright yellow vests. I guess they were trying to fool people to think they belonged to a legitimate charitable organization. They were walking up and down Whitter and were on the Route 30 medians. This was nuts! This intersection is busy enough with having all these people distracting drivers. I have seen these people get out of a van to panhandle and then get picked up later on. I assume they are not from around here. Can something be done about this?

    At the intersection of Foster Drive and Old Conn Path there are numerous potholes and deteriorating asphalt. As a result, vehicles coming up and down Foster try to swerve around this mess. It's especially dangerous when there are vehicles coming in the opposite direction... as well as the many people and dogs walking around this area. It's very busy here. FYI, I've brought up this issue before. Thanks.

    I have submitted this issue in the past and nothing has been done. Vehicles continue to speed up and down Foster Drive. It's a cut-through street between Summer Street and Old Conn Path. These vehicles include cars, SUVs, and trucks...like US Postal trucks. We have many children on the street. Also, many people walk/jog on these street with their dogs and baby carriages. If a resident is mowing their lawn, you have to be very careful you don't get hit by a car. Pulling out of my driveway is also an adventure. Vehicles just swerve around you without slowing down. I just noticed that Verizon has attached a black box to a telephone pole at the top of the hill. It says its a traffic recognition system. Is the City finally looking into this issue? Thanks.

    At the corner of Foster Drive and Old Conn Path there is overgrown vegetation...weeds, shrubs, etc. They need to be trimmed back. As a result, when you're coming down Foster Drive you can't see cars coming up Old Conn Path.

    There has recently been work done at the busy intersection of Summer and Beacon Streets. There is only a cross walk with bright yellow and white lines. Why wasn't there a flashing signal installed? This area is extremely dangerous for walkers, bikers, etc. Cars are driving very fast down Summer onto Beacon and cars coming down Beacon frequently don't stop at the Stop sign when they reach Summer.

    There was a flashing signal installed close by this intersection for people crossing from Quinlan Drive to Summer St . I don't feel this was placed in the right area.

    About 9AM on April 2, I was traveling in my car on Rt 30. A car bolted out of the Post Office Parking lot in front of me. He/she raced up towards the intersection of Rt 30 and Rt 126 (Concord St). Right before the intersection he cut through the Urgency Care Clinic parking lot very fast and went on Concord St. going towards the YMCA. He then took a left onto a driveway at 932 Concord St Framingham. This was a Maroon Ford Explorer with a MA plate of 953-FH1.

    This was very reckless and extremely dangerous. There could have been people/patients at the Clinic who could have been killed. All for getting back to his house 20 seconds sooner. Please help.
