    There are many massive dead branches between 273 and 299 Greene Street. The branches are above power lines and street parking. The pictures don’t do justice to how big they are because of how high up they are.

    I am contacting you as a member of the THOTS Condo Board. There is a city Sycamore on St. John Street that has grown onto our property. There are three branches, one of which overhangs a parking space, that need to be pruned. It's a beautiful tree, and we want to make sure it's pruned properly before it can damage any property in our complex.

    I am following up with this continuing problem. Cars are parking too close to the back gate to our condo complex on St. John Street (just east of 272). This prevents garbage trucks being able to turn and enter. One to two times a month it prevents the removal of garbage. Would it be possible to put a sign up to prevent cars from parking to close to the gate.

    The gated driveway to our complex is between 258 - 272 St. John’s Street. Oftentimes cars park too close to the entrance on west end of the gate at 272. This prevents the garbage and recycling from being removed because the truck does not have enough turning room. This has happened numerous times. Would it be possible to clearly mark this either with a sign closer to our entrance, or with yellow paint on the curb. Thank you.

    There are several large trees on the northern side of Greene Street that have dead and dangling branches. Some of them are over sidewalks and power lines. It'd be best to trim these branches before they fall.
