There are also several wooden boards and quite a bit of litter. The illegally dumped trash is located in the 4500 block of Mountain Boulevard, on the west side of the street, and on the hill above the creek. The trash is not visible from the street. The closest cross street is Belfast Avenue. My neighbors and I have been reporting this issue since May 1. The city acknowledges the issue and then reports it as resolved, yet the bags have been at this location for more than two months.

The bags have been thrown over the fence at this location and are resting on the hillside above the creek. The bags are not visible from the road.

Sidewalk Acknowledged4432 Mountain Blvd Oakland, CA 94619, USA - Leona HeightsThe the asphalt trail that runs parallel to Mountain Boulevard from Carson Street to the 13 N on ramp is in terrible repair - it is broken, rutted, and washed away in many places, making for very difficult walking. This year's El Niño rains have made conditions on the trail even worse, and the attached photo shows an area that has been completely washed away. I hope something can be done to improve this trail for the people who live in this neighborhood and the many people who visit Leona Lodge and the adjoining park every day.
