There's a utility pipe with no cap on it My husband leaned back in his chair and almost toppled over because one keg of the chair wad over the hole if I wasn't there to catch him he would have fallen backwards It is right next to the parking lot entrance

The sidewalk has buckled upward. It's directly behind the garage at The Sage. It is a dangerous trap if anyone gets caught under or between the slabs.

The back side of the all that is part of the I-175 on ramp faces our building. The side facing the freeway is freshly painted and clean. The back of that wall faces The Sage and it is filthy. Is it possible to get it power washer and/or painted? See attached photo.

One of the No Parking sign behind our building (The Sage) has been pulled up and thrown over the fence into the retention area next to the I-175 on-ramp. The truck seen in the photo used to park there until the signs went up, now it's back. Maybe use concrete to place them in the ground?

Electric Power box is unseated behind our building. This happened shortly after Irma. The box was knocked off its concrete base. The only thing holding it up appears to be the warning tape wrapped around it by someone.
