Deep potholes all over the north side of the road, just at the turn.

The two-way traffic sign is faded beyond recognition, and as a result, people often (almost always) assume that this is a one-way road, and drive on the left side--then those same people are inclined to look at the Fellsway traffic light as theirs, rather than the light for this road, and launch themselves into traffic through a red light.

Either the sign should be replaced with a readable one, or the road should be made one-way officially.

There's a large dead tree on the corner that will likely take out power lines and cause other damage if it's not removed properly
