    There was about a 10 foot tall by 20 foot wide pile of debris/living quarters of a homeless encampment that has burned to the ground. Now the pile of burned refuse is blocking the sidewalk and spilling into the street. It may contain hazardous materials.

    There are two large beige RVs parked here. They have been on this street in this location for over a week but have been a nuisance in the neighborhood for months. This morning at 5:30 am there was loud yelling/fighting associated with these vehicles.
