    Cars are ignoring the LED no turn on right sign turning right from Keith onto Broadway. Either the LED sign should be made more visible somehow, or a traditional no turn on red sign should be put up that includes the hours of the restriction.

    Many children cross this intersection returning from school, and most of fibers are getting off the freeway hastily. On several occasions, I have seen drivers drive right through pedestrians right-of-way nearly hitting them.
