    Blocking public egress regress with chain. As indicated in property records there is a vacated alley, with allowed easement. Records dated back to 1951. As per Fla.statue this allows access. Also might be fire department issue. Owner apparently is trying to eliminate the egress, regress by non accessible entry.
  • Sidewalk display exceeds the 48 inch height requirement as stated in ordinance.( See attached). The maximum height is 4 foot, not 5. Please address this problem. If you intend not to take proper action, please explain why
