The entire atea of Weat SidevAvenue between Stegman Parkway and Armstrong Avenue is a filthy mess.

church allows property to be overgrown and strewn with trash. Hapoens every year

Work was done about 9 months ago in the street on the sewer line is since then whenever it rains the houses at 112 1 10 and 1 0 8 beach street all flood when it rains.
Sewer needs to be cleaned out to try to stop the flooding. Sewer is in front of 106 beach street there is also a fire hydrant there to ensure that no one will park over it.

Absentee homeowner, rental units. Yard has not been tended to since last year. Landlord refuses to care for it.

Tree is touching wires and needs to be trimmed. Also some dead appearing branches that need cut before they fall.

Inspector was there a few weeks ago. Issued summons however they still are not putting out the garbage. Situation has worsened and it is emitting an odor that the neighbors do not want to have to contend with.

There is construction being done at this site and the construction workers put some sort of gray powder down the sewer drain and now the residents in the area are experiencing slow drains. Sewer needs to be cleaned out and construction crew needs to be addressed.

Out since Friday, No one picked it up. It was called in on Saturday but it is still out. This is an ongoing problem at this address.

Abandoned building where someone dumped garbage bags in the front of the house on the sidewalk.

Empty lot. Someone dumped matress and furniture and other trash.

There is a lot of trash at this address. It is overflowing over the steps and the tenants at 21 St. Paul's Avenue are complaining to their landlord that they can not open their windows due to the odor of the trash from the building next door.

Trash piled in the alleyway and it is not being put out for collection. It is unsightly and smelly.
