    The old stripping was not properly removed East bound center street. During the morning hours when the sun hits directly on the area the old stripes still show up and it is very confusing as to where traffic is to go.  Needs to be rest ripped and remove the old stripe work to make it safe.

    East bound timp highway recently was changed and it’s a disaster. The far right lane just diasapears when entering the first intersection east of I15.

    The bigger concern is how something like this is allowed to be released as safe and acceptable when it clearly is not. Did a supervisor or team member not drive the road to see it doesn’t work? Can something even worse than this “go live” without the proper review for safety?

    Road gets whoopie dooey here. Like your getting bounced on Santa’s knee. If you say “ahhhhhhhhh” while you are going through it makes your voice go bumpy. My kids think it’s fun but not sure the freeway is supposed to be like that. Go test drive the area especially on the right 3 lanes. You will see what I’m talking about. That’s all I got.

    The stripping on the timp highway southbound off ramp is more crooked than my uncle Dave. The stripping disappears for long periods of time and critical points. Even for the temporary solution that it is, it’s really hard to follow.

    East bound traffic at 5pm stacks up for nearly a quarter mile even though there is plenty of capacity to handle more cars before the next intersection at 4800 West. Additionally the cross traffic of north south traffic at the at the 5300 west intersection is very minimal at this time of day but the light devotes just as much time to north/south traffic as it does to east/west. Westbound light needs to be more than doubled.

    Westbound on Timpanogas higwhway left turn signal onto Digital drive is allowing 5-6 cars each signal which is requiring 4-5 light cycles to be able to turn left on Digital Drive.

    East bound 2100 north lehi merges from 2 down to one lane as it passes under the freeway. There is no signage indicating this is going to happen and it takes place as it turns the corner. There needs to be signs on both sides of the lanes so vehicles know about the merge. This whole area is more complicated and difficult to follow than an argument with my exwife.

    Traffic light at center street and state is far to short for northbound and southbound lanes. During the days on Saturdays and nightimes there can be significant stacking even though there is plenty of room after the light as you continue driving north and south for many more vehicles to pass. The light only lasts about 15 seconds total.

    The transition between the pavement and the road on the bridge overpasses in two consecutive overpass sections is so rough that the jolt from the bump causes the seatbelt in the vehicle to lock. The problem is worst on in the right 3 lanes but the transition over the bridge should be much less noticeable and smooth.

    106th southbound on ramp. Two lanes of traffic merge before the meter light with no visual stripping or signage indicating the lanes are merging. Two lanes of traffic feed from 106th south west bound overpass and then combine into one and is improperly marked.

    3280 North Frontage Road Lehi, Utah - Lehi

    The 2100 north Lehi exit southbound was changed within what seems like the last week. Friday night 10/12 and Sunday night 10/14 two separate significant car accidents occurred with vehicles hitting the road barrier between the far right lane and the exit lane. There may have been more accidents at this off ramp, but these were the two I happened to drive by. The current design of the 2100 south exit is not safe and needs to be redesigned even during the short time frame the temp exit exists during construction.

    During this same week the several rainstorms occurred. When the pavement was wet the stripping on the road completely disappeared. With already narrow lanes shifting lanes, damaged pavement, standing water and lack of overhead lighting the area is beyond dangerous even for the short duration this pavement exists during construction. Fresh stripping needs to be installed as soon as possible even if the pavement will be torn out in the near future.

    The lanes width is too narrow for the lateral directional changes made by swerving lanes. This makes it nearly impossible for semis and other large vehicles to stay in there lanes even at reduced speeds of 60 mph. The condition of the two left lanes between rumble strips, drainage grates, and overall uneven surface make this area unacceptable for a highway even on a temporary basis. At a minimum the area needs to be repaved with temporary asphalt so the surface is drivable.

    The night time shutdown of the far right lane is improperly marked. The on ramp doesn't have any signage notifying those entering or already on the southbound freeway that not only that the far right closes down. Additionally the distance with which the far right lane merges is way too short of a distance to allow vehicles to properly merge.

    Can we find a better place to put this sign that is taking up a whole lane of traffic? This area is incredibly congested and it is taking up a ton of space. There appears to be space in the median or through the intersection on the other side. The sign notifying delays is causing significant delays itself.

    10378-10398 Mall Ring Road Sandy, Utah - Sandy
    Northbound Monroe street after passing under 106th south. The first stoplight is situated as to be confused with the light that directs traffic for the northbound coming from the area of Texas roadhouse. In the past 3 weeks I have almost been hit twice as I have headed southbound on Monroe street by cars who had just exited the freeway and who either did not see the light or confused the green arrows from the northbound mall ring road light that appears to be directing the Monroe street traffic. Its all sorts of messed up. The lights need to be angled and or shielded so as to not be confused with the set behind it or a flashing light warning of stoplight ahead.

    There needs to be some type of separation between the east and west bound lanes. Huge traffic load, 45-50 mph speeds, shifting lanes, poor road condition. Unacceptable way to handle traffic during construction.
