    City tree between 10 and 12 Chester Ave needs pruning. Branches hang low enough so that trash trucks robot arms are ripping branches out of the tree when picking up trash cans.

    Also, there are branches that are increasingly stressing 12 Chester Ave power and utility wires.

    Lastly, the tree is spreading horizontally so that lower branches are starting to reach over the lower roofs of 10 and 12 Chester Ave.

    The above is exacerbated when it rains and the leaves are wet, branches hang even lower.

    Honestly, I think this tree was incorrect for the location and to me it looks like there are some large trunks that need to be removed so the lower part of the tree isn't so low.

    I am wondering why there are traffic lights at the MVP, main st, south street intersection that only blink red/yellow. Why is this incredibly busy and dangerous intersection not a timed/signalized intersection? I can't even count the number of near misses I have experienced/seen here. Doesn't help that the intersections and streets are either poorly marked or not marked at all.

    Same question just down the road at Main st and Mystic Ave...there are blinking lights but they are not timed/signalized. Again a very dangerous intersection.

    Would suggest that changes be considered to make this area safer and easier to navigate.

    Hi several months ago the DPW or water department had to dig up the water shut off in front of my house

    a couple of weeks later someone came by and filled in the hole in the sidewalk with asphalt when the rest of the sidewalk is concrete

    I have seen other concrete sidewalks Patched with concrete and not asphalt so I'm assuming the asphalt is just temporary but I wanted to bring this up so that it's on the list to be repaired correctly because it looks pretty crappy

    It also appears that when the hole was dug they broke the granite curb and there is also now a large crack in the adjacent concrete
