    I'm the only one on either side of the street that has bags that were not picked up yet. My neighbor to the north had his yard waste picked up this morning and mine is still there. Wind is blowing bags down and I've been out three time so far this morning to pick them up. Please.

    Plows did not plow to curb on going north on Johnson Drive to James Street. This side near the park is a full car width wider than the curb next to Chicopee Academy. This area is used by crossing guards who (when weather is below freezing) may remain in their cars until such time as they need to cross students.
