    When: Saturday, November 7th (9am - 4pm) and Sunday, November 22nd (9am - 4pm)
    Where: Patio of Grand Avenue Library, 306 Walnut Ave
    Why: for city staff and volunteers lunch and snack area during the city's FREE flu clinic.

    Hello,
    May we request help from maintenance team to transport boxes from Main Library to Grand Library please? These boxes were delivered to Main because they was someone available everyday to accept the delivery. They (about 15 heavy boxes) are to the left of the parking lot door at Main Library. There is someone at Grand Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    The Main Library, 840 W Orange Ave would like to have our 3M pads mounted to the services desks, please. There will be 4 - 3M pads total to be mounted. Three located at the front service desk, and one at the children's service desk. We are requesting that the Maintenance Department purchase mirror clips:

    The door to the patio at the Grand Avenue Library slams shut because the Manual Hydraulic Door Closer is detached from the door. It can potentially shut on a person's hand if not careful.

    The library's children's department would like to request a deep clean of our 4 storytime rugs, please. Could we have 2 cleaned at a time, so we will not be without rugs for our weekly storytimes? Could we please set up an appointment for pick up and drop off?

    Can we please have the light bulb replaced in the downstairs women's restroom. It is out.

    Can we also have the light bulb in the children's closet beside the stage replaced. It is a very dim light, and seems about to go out too.

    Hi,

    Could we please request someone block a section of the parking lot at the library Friday evening, 8/5/16 (after 6:00 PM) after the library is closed. We are having a Summer Learning Party at the parking lot, and would like it blocked so we can set up on Saturday morning, 8/6/16. The area we are requesting blocked off is from the light post in front of the loading dock all the way to the tree.
