    The storm drain in front of 4201 Park Avenue is clogged. Water has collected around the intersection in every rain storm over the last few weeks while the surrounding storm drains are working fine.

    There are bushes on the southwest corner of Park and Malvern and the northeast corner of Patterson and Malvern that are overgrown and need major trimming or removal. They are blocking sight lines for cars turning from Park onto Malvern and onto Patterson. These were reported month ago and nothing has been done. Someone closed that issue saying that once it is reported, it is considered closed. Well, this is SEE CLICK FIX not SEE CLICK REPORT. Please get this fixed before there is an accident!

    There is a dead tree in the planters and it has been dead for a long time. There is also an ongoing problem with the planters. They don't drain when there is rain. The gutters surrounding them are clogged up so the rain just pours down the street to the River. The plans in them look awful but most of the plants have died. And there is A LOT of trash that collects in them - and they are rarely, if ever, cleaned out - the trash just eventually washes down the street. Please get this fixed before the bike race!

    There are bushes on the southwest and north west corners of Park and Malvern that are overgrown and need major trimming or removal. They are blocking sight lines for cars turning from Park onto Malvern. There is another one on the northeast corner of Patterson and Malvern that also needs major trimming or removal. It is next to the bus stop at that intersection.

    Last month I reported that Davey Tree Service had allowed a huge tree to fall onto our gas and water meters. Now the water meter is leaking into the street. Please send someone to check it AND the gas meter, which also may have been damaged. It is now covered up with dirt and debris from the tree removal.

    City needs to remove very large remains of tree cut down by Davey. Tree trunk is on curb, grassy area, and in street. Also, when Davey cut down the tree they allowed it to fall uncontrolled to the ground, causing a large hole in the ground (tripping hazard) and possibly damaging the gas line immediately under the felled tree.
