    The trash in the alley between the Bell Tower Hotel and the Jamaican Jerk Pit has been overflowing for weeks if not months now. The smell is horrible and I fear it will bring bugs and rodents to the surrounding restaurants. There is trash everywhere and since several people use the alley for parking, it is being driven over and spread all around in the alley.
