    it's not even funny how many times these people have received complaints about trash. the first picture is from 4/27 and the second is from today 4/30. The owners, Madallone and associates have plans for a big new apartment complex on Dana yet they can't even keep their current building under control. pathetic.

    These guys eat at Primal and would like you to know it! Trash has been there for 2 weeks. Also, if this does ever get checked out- maybe someone can address the large amounts of particle board, twigs branches and all other manner of flammables that have been stored on this front porch for at least a year.

    This concludes my series. Which was compiled over the course of one morning's short stroll (about half a block) from my house to Market 32 on 3/26/17. CITY OF ALBANY! Young folks like me who purchased their first homes in this city because we BELIEVE in Albany are quickly losing reasons to STAY here! When this kind of filth is allowed to happen on a regular basis and no one says anything- I might as well move to the burbs where dead beat landlords don't own all the real estate and never clean up!

    I don't understand why there is only 1 stop sign at this intersection. When driving south on Lark and stopped at the stop sign, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic from Dana because cars are parked on both sides of that street. Adding a stop sign at Dana would make that intersection much safer.

    I recently purchased a house on this block and have been told by neighbors that this building had suffered fire damage at one point. The owner had fixed the roof and is simply waiting for the property's value to increase before selling. In the meantime, the front porch is badly damaged, and the building's foundation is crumbling. It is a blight and needs to be addressed. I would like to encourage the city to contact this owner and demand that he/she repair the building or sell to someone who will.
