Volkswagen Bug at 3009 Forsythe DR, and Red Nissan at 3012 Forsythe DR

My garbage truck driver broke my garbage can please fix it ASAP! Wheels are broken it will not roll! Someone please replace my garbage can. The wheels and lid are broken. I will leave it sitting on the side of the road for someone to make the repairs. Also, I have video where they slam the can down please teach your drivers how to operate a garbage truck!

I have used your “special detergent” two times on my clothes and it did not remove the rust stains from my clothes. Your water issue destroyed approximately $110 worth of clothing articles and I expect you to reimburse me for my clothes that your water ruined. It is really sad that we pay a premium price for clean water and we can’t even get it! I’m not sure but I will research what drinking rusty water can do to one’s body sure this is not good for us.

You guys have a ruined an entire load of my clothes! We pay you for our water, the least you can do is make sure it's clean. I would appreciate being reimbursed for my clothes that are now ruined! We did not receive any type of notification whatsoever that you guys were doing any kind of work that would cause dirty water. I have spoken with several neighbors and they have the same issue. We pay you every month for water how can you expect us to wash our clothes and ruin them not to mention cook with this type of water or drink it?

The drainage ditch from the Saundralane Area all the way through the park at UAH is stopped up and completely clogged it is going to end up causing flooding if nothing is done to take care of the issue.

This is the second time within a three month timeframe that your garbage truck driver has slammed down my can breaking the wheel off I would greatly appreciate having my can replaced by this weekend because I have no other way of throwing away my trash as you can see I cannot roll this can and use it.

It has been over a month since I have submitted a claim form to the City Clerk for the damage done to my mailbox by one of Huntsville City's Garbage Truck Drivers and I have not heard from anyone whatsoever about rectifying the issue. Could someone please let me know when I will be compensated for the damages? Do I need to file a police report on the incident?
