Why does the sanitation department come to empty our dumpster at 7:30 every Saturday morning? Many of our residents are rudely awakened at that hour by the racket caused by emptying the dumpster. It is particularly disturbing during this time of year because many residents have their windows open. Why so early?? Can't they come at a later time of day?
