    A fencing company started tearing down our fence unexpectedly. I told them they were trespassing and they stopped. We are now waiting for the owner of the recently built property next door who ordered the replacement.

    It's baaack. The invasive plant in the lake was raked out previously, but there was enough left behind for it to continue to grow. This stuff is like weeds - it just keeps growing and spreading. Is there anything at all that can be done to eliminate it completely?

    The home at 621 22nd ave n has shrubbery which cover more than half of the sidewalk making it very unsafe for pedestrians. In order to navigate around it, you have to either wait for traffic to pass (on a busy road) or walk through the owner's yard around the other side of the shrubs.
