    The lights above the pickleball courts usually stay on until 10:05p. However, they are supposed to stay on until 11p. There is a city sign on the fence that states this specific time. Last night the lights turned off at 9:45p. Can this issue please be repaired? Thank you.

    The street signs affixed to the top of our STOP sign have been loose like this for a few years. During the recent high winds, these signs were moving so fast you couldn't read them. They are seriously loose and could pose an issue to a pedestrian. Please repair. Thank you.

    The construction has begun at this property. The crew and equipment are showing up between 530-600a. Trucks with air brakes, lights on, parking vehicles all over the street, upsetting dogs, etc. WHY is this allowed!? If 7am is the official time to start construction, the arrival of crew and equipment should follow that time frame as well. No morning peace in my neighborhood when this chaos is happening. I cannot go through 6 months of this #@$&.

    124 Laredo Way NE. Who will oversee this new construction being properly graded so this property handles their rain water and it doesn't go towards their neighbors?
