The signal on NB 7th that is supposed to warn you of your speed is inaccurate. I've driven past it at 25 mph and the sign'll say 45. This has happened in past winters where there isn't sufficient solar power and the battery runs out. When power returns, the unit appears to boot up in metric units showing 45 kph. If it is going to be that inaccurate people will just ignore it and likewise might start ignoring similar warning signs.

The extension tree at the NW walking path of West Park meeting 7th has its base severely damaged. Don't know if that can be fixed.

After the wind storms of the last month, there are a lot of fallen branches. Someone did collect most of them and put them in a pile. But it's been a couple weeks and it doesn't appear that anyone is going to come and remove this pile.

The streetlight at the SE corner of Pomona & Mixtwood is out. It's very dark in the surrounding neighborhood.

Nicely repainted Postal Box now has graffiti all over it. It's the NW corner, in front Big City Bakery

The park trash bin is broken. The lid that should be hinged to dump stuff in the garbage truck appears to have broken hinges. Now the lid will fall into the garbage truck, instead of just opening..

The sign that displays ones car's speed is way off. I've driven by and it starts saying I'm going 49mph (which I am NOT) and I've slowed down to 25mph and it still says I'm going 45mph. If this unit is so inaccurate, drivers will just ignore it.

There is new graffiti on the AARR silver control box. There seems to have been a hero in that neighborhood who has fastidiously been covering graffiti on that box with the silver(stainless steel) paint for years.
Either he has moved, or given up and stopped covering the graffiti.
The box is large and that type of paint is expensive. It would be nice if the whole box were painted to start with a clean slate. And maybe a big thanks to the yeoman graffiti-fighter.
Maybe a cheaper paint color would be a good idea.

As one exits M-14 and goes under M-14, there are multiple support columns and they have all kinds of graffiti, some very rude and threatening

Mlive/Ann Arbor News continues to dump litter on my property or in street. I've told them numerous times to stop it. It is a threat to the neighborhood as this junk points to unoccupied homes (people on vacation aren't there to pick up this trash). It easily points out these unoccupied homes for burglars. They should be required to clean up their litter.

The public drinking fountain in front of 306 S. Main has a very weak stream (unusable) on top and the 2nd tier is not much better. The dog level is great, but its pressure could be turned down to hopefully get enough pressure to the top of fountain.

Roses with sharp thorns cover half the sidewalk. Hard on toddlers legs and bicyclists.

The Felch Streeet Railroad Bridge is covered with graffiti again, on both sides.

Resident is again leaving trash receptacles in the street all week
