The one block street runs from Everett Avenue(2900) and Hillsborough St. It is heavily student rental. Investor owned and ignored or rental managed(York has several). Each address has at least one, mostly two, and as many as four vehicles parked in the front lawn. Its is truly an area we use to call a student ghetto. The city and the property owners should be ashamed. It is not a one off event but standard and varies even more heavily on occasion, like weekends. Obviously the owners ignore city ordinances or the city ignores ordinances and does not enforce them for some reason on this street.
