Bad cracks and potholes across the entire street where people cross the crosswalk

I reported this and they said it was fixed but no one mowed or cleaned out the ditch. In the picture attached the problem is the ditch closest to the person taking the photo and not furthest . There is a ditch of both sides of the trail at the location. On one side it is mowed and on the other the grass is about 2 feet tall.

It is less important for south bound traffic however would be very helpful for north bound traffic since visibility is lower.

Weeds are growing out onto the street and blocking visibility to the trail. There is no stop sign here so it is particularly important to keep the weeds trimmed. South east corner where the heights hike and bike crosses the street

The city could be mowing to the centerline of the drainage ditch along the heights hike during bike at Rutland. I took a picture from my window. I'm responsible for mowing to the ditch but not across the other side to the trail. Looks like they mowed about a foot off the trail however grass is now about 1.5-2 feet high after all of the rain. Thanks for your help!

Lots of broken glass on the bridge gives bikes flat tires. It just needs to be swept up- thanks!

These is a stop light that points the wrong direction down this street- which is one way going southbound. Light could give cars the impression it is ok to drive the wrong way down the street. I have no idea why this light is there or has power.

Street light is flashing- started at about 9:30pm on Thursday night.

Under 610 there's a drainage pipe that drainage pipe has burst I think it's on the 610 S. portion of the 610 freeway that first drainage is King and pouring really going to Highway 10 eastbound. It is currently draining onto Highway 10
