At the corner of Boulevard and North Ave., the sidewalk is broken and caved in above the storm drain. This creates a tripping hazard.

When traveling on Morgan Dr. from Napier toward Hillcrest Ave., it is impossible to see the stop sign at Hillcrest until just before reaching it. There is a tree blocking the sign that probably needs to have a low limb trimmed off.
