There are two silver colored sedans with temporary (paper) license plates which have been parked here without moving for about a week.
License plate frames indicate these vehicles are from out of the area.
It appears to me there may be someone who buys and sells cars for a living who is using this block of S. Harris St. as his own storage yard. I have observed numerous vehicles parked here for extended periods in the past which I know do not belong to adjacent property owners.
