    continuing potholes occurring on this road. the city was installing cold patch the other day when it was misting raining. it has not gone any good. the pot holes are still coming back.

    the area in question has several potholes , but again the city repairs with cold patch. this area needs more attention and time to repair. a temporary fix does not fix the problem.

    there are several potholes on this road. the city comes out and repairs (fill in with cold patch) but when a rain event comes the holes reappear. I understand the weather is a contributing factor with placing asphalt. but how much time and money will the city spend on keep coming out to repair the holes. it is a temporary fix in which this area needs more attention and repairing.

    this area along this part of the roadway has continuous potholes. it appears cold patch may being used and it is not holding up. there is probably 500 of roadway that needs attention. now that we are approaching winter the area will continue to get worse. there is several potholes in this area.

    4437 Old Mill Road Suffolk, Virginia - Suffolk
    There are several potholes on this road between Old Myrtle Rd. and the Isle of Wight County line. The area has been paved in a few years back and there has been one area that was done by undercutting the road and placing stone, base asphalt, and surface asphalt back. It appears this needs to be done on the whole road as it continues to fall apart and only a band aid is applied until that fails. Can this road be fixed so the city does not have to come back to the same all the time to repair the same pothles.

    The entrance to the cemetery across from Western branch baptist church has a 2 holes in the entrance. It appears the pipe may have a hole in it or it may be deteriorating or coming apart causing a sinkhole in the driveway. I know the city will probably just come and feel the holes in, but I hope they take in more consideration that , that will only be a temporary fix. Please take a look at this and fix permanently please. Please contact me when on site and with a solution. Thank you.

    This area continuously receives potholes and the city repairs in a timely manner. This issue I feel like is in the drainage pipe. There are 2 or more pipes that cross underneath the road and that is causing problems with the asphalt. I am not sure if the pipe has a hole in it causing the potholes to appear or if it is another issue. When vehicles cross this area it feels like you are riding over railroad tracks and can be dangerous. When looking at the area it has been patched in 2 large areas in the middle of the road and, 3 areas along the edge of the road. I feel like this area needs more attention to try and figure out what is causing the problem.
