The second floor tenants always play their music too loud. This is most common Fridays through Sunday, but also happens on other days. We are their next door neighbors. Our windows can be shut and we can still hear their music through our whole house. They also frequently have very noisy parties. The room directly across from their house is a bedroom and it has become a problem sleeping while they are playing music loudly.
