    Is it allowable for citizens to remove temporary signs. Weight loss signs are all over the Midtowne area. I saw a City employee removing signs where there were three but we could save City money to just remove illegal signs.

    Had to park in the upper lot at Pullen today, mostly because a Trinity School bus was blocking a number of spaces -- not appropriate. Walking to and from that lot was disturbing. Adults in the gazebo drinking, urinating, and screaming curses while people walked by with their young children. Open alcohol clearly seen. Is there no security in Pullen with the large number of people there.

    Many large trucks are using Quail Hollow Dr to get to the construction site on St ALban's Dr. This is a school zone. Dangerous combination. Cars and trucks using Quail Hollow as a cut through are exceeding the speed limit.
