    This is my 4th report about the tree in front of my home. I've reported the infestation of black ants in the tree, I've reported how the tree moves about on windy days, I've reported my concern about the tree falling during high winds, and the city's response was to have someone come out look at the tree and close the case. Well, now the tree is infested with bug larvae. Hopefully action will be taken before property is destroyed.

    The tree is filled with black ants. It loses large limbs during high winds and is growing mushrooms. I'm afraid a good wind storm will bring the tree crashing down on my property. An ounce of prevention now will save everyone from property damage.
