    At noon today I was walking on spalding/Rosemary bend when a mother and baby rat came from the high uncut dandelions walked along the stone wall, crossed five feet in front of me and started towards the playground. They ducked into storm drain before reaching it. Middle of the day and they were not scared at all.

    There are probably 40 black trash bags piled up in a children's playground. The DCR has totally neglected the sw corridor near forest hills.
