    Please look at those 2 large round concrete planters (which have been sitting there in EXACTLY the SAME manner for a FEW YEARS...-just as a TESTAMENT to the city's absolute CARELESSNESS...!!! WHY would they have the "genius" idea of adopting these planters, improving their look & planting something in them (so that it looks NICER & that they DON'T just PURPOSELESSLY "sit" there like an eyesore...?!? !!!!!!!! THUMBS FOWN city hall!!!!!!
