    Historic Wooster Square Park was tagged Saturday (March 3) night/morning between 12 midnight and 8 AM Sunday (March 4). It is a maroon spray-paint face, huge, goggle-eyes, with a huge dripping yellow-striped tongue, sprayed directly onto the asphalt on the Chapel Street side of the David Wooster marble roundel in the center of the park.

    Tires have been dumped in East Rock park at the look out point. Freshly cut tires showed up Wed morning likely from some illegal auto shop. This blatant dumping is so disgusting and disheartening! Friends of East Rock Park should not have to clean this mess up! How can it be stopped?

    Street light out, VERY dark on Wooster Sq. Cycles on dimly for about 30 seconds before going out again for minutes at a time.

    The two storm drains on Olive Street on either side of the St. John Street intersection are in bad shape. One is completely surrounded by debris, and the other has a sink hole. Please fix before pedestrians hit that sink hole, or cars skid out on the debris!

    The crosswalk at Orange and Audubon has the same issues as the crosswalk at Lincoln and Trumbull: traffic coming off the Trumbull Street exit and speeding through New Haven streets. There is a badly faded crosswalk painted on Orange Street but drivers flagrantly accelerate past pedestrians in the crosswalk daily. Just this morning 4 cars and a Yale Shuttle drove through the crosswalk *while I was crossing*. To make matters worse, the cars were pulling out into oncoming traffic to pass the Yale Shuttle.

    I cross this intersection at all times of the day, and what scares me more than the speed of traffic is that the drivers do not even see me. They are so focused on the Orange/Grove light, even when it's red, that they never notice their surroundings and drive like they're in a funnel on the interstate.

    The worst times are the morning rush hour with traffic traveling on Orange from Trumbull toward Grove. In the evening, that pattern reverses at to be cars traveling on Orange from Grove toward Trumbull.

    This is incredibly dangerous. Pedestrians both young and old cross here for the housing authority, ACES, and the law firms on Audubon. Please! Add this intersection to this spring's Must-Repaint list, add some police presence especially in the morning rush hour, and consider it for a raised crosswalk!

    The sidewalk next to the AT&T parking lot on State Street has not been shoveled. Photo taken at 8:15am on Monday, Dec. 21st, snow still not removed as of 5:30pm and shows a dramatic stop in the shoveling just past the church. It's dangerously slippery as more pedestrians stomp though the snow. Does anyone know who to contact at AT&T to let them know that this needs urgent attention? Many thanks!

    The sidewalk next to the Lucibello's parking lot on Olive Street has not been shoveled (no salt either, but that's not the ideal safe solution). Photo taken at 8:15am on Monday, Dec. 21st, snow still not removed as of 5:30pm. It's incredibly slippery as more pedestrians stomp though the snow. Can LCI or someone in the City department let Lucibello's know that this needs urgent attention? Many thanks!

    The street light at the very corner of Olive/Grove/William is shutting off periodically. The pole number: UI 1867. It's directly in front of the pink house at 179 Olive. When the light goes off, pedestrians crossing this odd intersection of William are harder for drivers to see. Please fix!
