In 2016, i reported this same issue after suffering for two years and thanks to Click fix i had peace. But this same problem has surfaced again since June this year which is nearly two months now, but the resident of this address who is also same person i reported in 2016, has been acting blind. I lost my tree to the last storm because water from the pool over saturated the roots of my tree and it couldn't withstand the heavy wind. Please i need help ASAP. I have attached this picture for your perusal. I would have loved to upload more pictures of my messy lawn and sidewalk but i did not have the option for more uploads.
