    The drain at the corner of Laburnham Ave and Hawthorne Ave (south west corner) is blocked and floods both streets in a regular rain storm. Since we are paying an exorbitant rain water fee, can you please clean this thing out?

    I need the city arborist to judge it this tree is worth saving. Most of the base is exposed because the bark has fallen off. The tree core shows signs of bug infestation and it looks like it is going to die soon. When it fall over it will take out the power line to this side of the street.
