Weeds overgrown and 5 feet tall. Bittersweet vines taking over reaching for trees, up the house. House has been vacant for years now.

I lost track of how many years this property had been vacant. 9 years? It is overgrown. Weeds and rodents are destroying my yard. I'm tripping over the rodents paths and holes in my own yard. My patio and yard are uneven. I spend lots of money to maintain my property but it is useless. The town violation signs mean nothing at this point. The door is opened inviting teenagers and possible vagrants. Safety is at risk now. The open garage windows has welcomed a dump site. I'm looking for the town to take action. Weeds are taller than me 5.8 and are spreading into my yard, into the road, and to my fence. Please make this a priority to clean up and foreclosure or tax auction. Those are the words the town had promised in the past few years.

This property has been vacant for five years or more. invasive bittersweet Vine climbing over the house, fences, reaching out into the road and a street sign, and reaching up into the pine trees.Some of the weeds are five to six feet tall. Yard looks like a jungle. The vines that are reaching out roadside is making it hazardous for driving and walking on Hassmar Road.

This property is unsecured the door is wide open. It already has violation Signs by the roadside. The surrounding neighbors are very concerned about this property. The vegetation is out if control. No one has lived in the building in 5 years or do.

This is my second complaint on this property. Initial report was on 6/1/2016. There has been no yard maintenance since then (20 days). Grass roadside is 4 FT tall in some places. Bitter sweet vine grew up thru my mini rose bush. Which let me to pull the root to notice there is a broken lock on the vacant house window and a bed with a candel and lighter. This building is not secure for squatters. This is now a safety matter for my neighborhood. From the roadside you can see a large hole in the side of the wooden hatchway so that a racoon/skunk can fit through. Please advise on the next step to get this building secured, trash picked up, and the vines inder control. I can bring photos to the town hall if needed.
