    This is also a utilities issue. Leaning utility. Last year’s jerry-rigged prop up has shifted and the concrete cracked to expose settling. It would be much better to replace this listing pole. But the sidewalk definitely needs to have the 8” deep hole addressed.

    The intersection of Bedford And South Streets is poorly plowed. Deep snow pools there and will soon turn to ice. All of Bedford Street could use additional plowing. Because only 2/3 of Bedford Street is the City of Somerville, I suspect that it is easy to overlook. It will be most helpful if a plow can plow moving northward on Bedford and turning onto South Street. It is difficult to exit Bedford onto South especially since only a left turn is permitted.
