    They are back at it, have not removed their garbage cans from the curb and are refilling them with garbage. One week in the last 7 that they were in compliance. Recyclables present in the trash. Uncovered, stinks, disgusting. City needs to stop this. We should not have to live with trash who can't take care of their trash properly.

    Garbage and recycling left at curb. No bins have been distributed for people to use which is why some of that stuff is there. Nobody's been notified either.
