    At the alley there was a sign for permit parking zone 719. A garbage truck knocked the sign down about a year ago. Citizens pay to park in this permit parking zone. The sign close to the corner of Paulina was nearly knocked over when the water pipes were put in a month ago. It is leaning badly so people can't read it easily.

    Around the 60660 Post Office Parking Lot the weeds are taking over the planters and the area between the sidewalk and Paulina Avenue. There is all kinds of garbage along the sidewalks and in the evergreens. Also there is one dead tree toward the grassy area just South of Devon and North of the alley.

    Behind 6310 North Clark in the alley the alley light is out. The rats are having a party in the dark. Two weeks later and the alley light is still out!]
    Morning of September 10, 2016......Light is shining bright. Thanks to department who fixed it.
