There is a very large and potentially dangerous "Sinkhole" located by manhole near 17 Bartholdi Ave.
There are several elderly Seniors & Children who could seriously injure themselves, according to this complaint.

At the corner of Garfield Avenue and Marcus Rd. Is a potentially dangerous "HOLE" alongside the sewer gate as you step off the sidewalk and onto the street. Please give this your immediate attention. THANKS!!!

*According to this resident, there a "RAPIDLY DEVELOPING" in the middle of the street near 278 GATES AVE. The resident said, it measures 4-5 inches across and at lease 12 inches deep.
The resident fears that it could collapse if a truck or heavy vehicle comes in contact with the "SINKHOLE".

This resident contacted us to find out how many bags of household garbage can be put out for collection at one time. He was transferred to the SANITATION DISPATCH who told him to put out only 6 bags at a time. The constituent said, the bags were filled with old clothing.

"ILLEGAL DRIVEWAY MARKINGS" This anonymous constituent said, the way they've marked off there driveway boundaries are ILLEGAL.

According to this resident, the WATER PLATE located in front of 483 West side Ave. is missing and is a potential TRIPPING HAZARD if a person's foot encounters the hole left by the missing water plate.

According to this resident, the property owner never puts the GARBAGE or RECYCLES out for collection. There's a ACCUMULATION of REFUSE that is stored in the front of this property and additional ACCUMULATION of REFUSE stored in the basement for months according to this tenant.
She said, these conditions SMELLS HORRIBLE and has attracted RODENTS, RACCOONS, OPOSSUMS & OTHER PESTS.

This constituent is requesting the pickup of an old TV. He was transferred to DPW ext. 4400 to schedule a time for the pickup.

According to this nearby resident, this property has been doing MAJOR RENOVATIONS ON THE ROOF & INSIDE THIS VACANT PROPERTY, with "NO PERMITS".
*This constituent said, they have been throwing materials from the roof and out the windows into the alleyways and rear of the neighboring properties on both sides. This constituent said, the police had been there before and ordered them to cease working, because they were not able to produce any permits for the work they were doing on this property. But, when the police left, they continued to working again.
