Is the tarp on the roof meant to hide the decaying shingles or keep the rain from leaking into the house? Does the animal trap on top of the tarp serve to secure the tarp? Are the residents trying to obscure the front door by allowing weeds to proliferate freely along the first floor? When will the garage door finally succumb to wood rot and fall down? The backyard was once, perhaps, the scene of a barbecue or a birthday celebration and nothing has been done in the ensuing years to clear up the mess. This house needs attention from City authorities since the owners clearly don't seem to care.
