This is causing punctured tires on residents' cars and causing residents to have to constantly sweep up after the recycling truck to keep the road navigable. Please speak with the crew about having some more care, as this is creating a road hazard.

We also have several daily rat sightings in the alleyway out back between Girard and Fairmont. The rats are out both in the day light and dark.
