  • 327 Lakeville St Petaluma, CA, 94952, USA - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1964

Just when one street light is repaired, another goes out. This one is positioned in front of a mortuary on a wooden pole.

  • 262–356 Casa Grande Rd Petaluma 94954 United States - Petaluma

Just encountered this: a large crack in the sidewalk on the east side of Casa Grande Rd. The thick root of a tree has raised the cement panel from underneath. Someone had already marked the hazard with bright orange paint, but it still can be invisible at night.

Don’t worry, I never tripped over it. But to those who are unaware of the hazard: watch your step!

  • 1300-1598 Redwood Way Petaluma, CA, 94954, USA - Petaluma

    Pole no. TBD

Just noticed this LED street light not shining at night. I didn't catch the pole number, but it's positioned on the east corner of this intersection.

  • Frates Rd Petaluma CA, 94954, USA - Petaluma

    Pole nos. 36411 and 36431

Two LED street lamps aren't glowing on the intersection with Lakeville Hwy. These units sit on a state route (CA-116), so CalTrans will need to inspect them as soon as possible.

  • Ups Store 925 Lakeville St Petaluma, CA, 94952, USA - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1984

Another LED has succumbed. This one is mounted on a power pole next to a metal scrapyard. An adjacent street light isn't shining either, thus the area in between is in total darkness.

  • 114-398 Ely Blvd S Petaluma, CA, 94954, USA - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1241

Another one has gone out. This one is mounted on a power pole in front of a private parking lot.

  • 1496 Sunrise Pkwy Petaluma 94954 United States - Petaluma

    Pole no. unknown

It appears Mother Nature snuffed out another street light. This one is across the street from the residence of 1496 Sunrise Parkway.

  • Petaluma 94954 United States - Petaluma

    Pole nos. K2936, K1949, K1948, K1947, K1946, K1945, K2935

This stretch of E. Washington St is blacked out from a plethora of faulty street lights. Every one of them on the sidewalk connecting the sports fields are out. Two of them right in front of the Rooster Run golf course reception building are also out. Rains must have shorted out the electrical supply. Better fix these soon!

  • 725 Sartori Dr Petaluma 94954 United States - Petaluma
I don’t live in this particular neighborhood, but this leg of Del Oro Cir is much too dark after sunset. A street light would be greatly appreciated.
  • 910 Baywood Dr Petaluma 94954, United States - Petaluma

    Pole no. unknown

Earlier, I report this street light as being damaged from a truck fire. Since then, a new LED was installed, but it’s not shining. So much for closing the report. The light pole is right next the Valero fuel station.

  • 834 Louise Drive Petaluma California - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1825

I realized something was amiss upon observing a strange dark patch on this street off Caulfied Ln. Now I find this newly-installed LED not activating at night. It's between two residences at 838 and 834 Lousie Dr. The glow in the image was from the camera flash, because it was too dark to see the pole number.

  • 1700 Caulfield Lane Petaluma California - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1740-175

This LED went out unexpectedly. Recent rainstorms must have affected the circuitry. It is between two residences on 1700 and 1644 Caulfield Ln, and rises over a school crossing. So a lack of illumination here could put kids crossing the arterial street in certain danger. It's so bad that a nearby homeowner has turned on his or her decorative lights just to keep the area illuminated.

  • 2201–2225 E Washington St Petaluma 94954, United States - Petaluma

    Pole no. 2314

Found another street light that has stopped shining at night. It’s on the corner of E. Washington St and Catenacci Ct. Recent rains must have shorted out the wires. The pole itself is unmarked, so I guessed the number from neighboring light poles.

  • 4999 Petaluma Boulevard North Petaluma, California - Petaluma
I've noticed that a number of street lights have gone out. They are of vintage style, are LED, and all located along the segment of Petaluma Blvd N between the intersection of Stony Point Rd and the freeway interchange. Can these be fixed?
  • Copeland St. Petaluma California - Petaluma

    Pole nos. 338C190 and 5311

Two street lights along this block have stopped shining. Each are mounted on wooden power poles. Birds must have snipped the service wire feeding each light. The vintage lights at the transit center aren't bright enough to illuminate the street.

  • 101 Rancho Bonito Cir Petaluma 94954 United States - Petaluma

    Pole no. K242

Found an LED street light that’s still illuminated in broad daylight. Its photocell is probably dirty, or has failed. The light pole is on the corner of Sartori Dr and Rancho Bonito Cir, on the north leg of the circuitous street. The numerals are barely legible and missing the letter "K". They're also covered in a cryptic graffito writing.

  • 212 2nd Street Petaluma, California - Petaluma

    Pole no. 1337

I didn't notice this because it was hidden within the trees. The LED has failed to activate at night. It's attached directly to the power pole.

  • Redwood Highway Petaluma, California - Petaluma

    Pole no. unknown

The metal-halide light that illuminates the west ascent to the freeway footbridge just burnt out. It's behind the PetSmart store, which means it is under the jurisdiction of the East Washington Place. That spot is excruciatingly dark at night--despite the pedestrian signals on the crosswalk, I don't know if motorists could see anyone. The retail center developer should re-lamp this soon.

  • 335 South Mcdowell Boulevard Petaluma, California - Petaluma

    Pole no. 2121-250

It seems this LED unit has aged quickly, because it just went dark. The pole stands on the corner of the entrance to the Washington Square. I'll also point out that the second digit for the number has scratched off.

  • 115 4th Street Petaluma California - Petaluma

    Pole no. unknown

This dual street light sits on a fence line: one arm stretches over the Summit State Bank, the other above the parking lot for the Fourth and Sea | Fish & Chips restaurant. If this lamppost is owned by the city, is it possible to install LEDs here?
