    Vacant house next door has pool holding stagnant water. This issue has been reported previously, but nothing has been done as of yet. My child and I are being bitten on a daily basis by mosquitoes, and this has become a health hazard. We cannot even enjoy our back yard because of the proximity of the neighbor's pool. I would like to be contacted so that someone can explain to me how this issue will be handled. The home next door is vacant and owners are never present. It is bank owned, yet I feel someone should be held accountable for draining the pool or keeping it maintained.
