The potholes up and down this street have become car damaging. Not good.

I am so tired of the double parking up and down this street. Now they do not use their hazard lights, they just park and leave their cars. Saturday night there were cars 3 deep. I almost hit one because it was almost over the middle of the street.

this is a huge environmental issue. it has been going on for too long and the city does not enforce any laws to protect the citizens against the pollutants, the vermin, the wild animals that are drawn to this area. people working on cars leaving hazardous material all over the street. many people have complained and still, NOTHING!

how come these people have been allowed to have to have this property the way it is. the abandoned and broken down vehicles are dripping fluids on the street surrounding the property. the amount of trash is not ok. homeless live here and drug deals happen in the open. it has been years yet nothing happens. Oakland evicted a property that was well maintained and clean of homeless women, yet they won't evict and clean up this crap? this is no longer funny. rodents are taking over and now entering the properties around this a dress, fair? I have decided that I will have to work with other agencies at the state and if possible, federal level. since Oakland is unable to handle it. I will be contacting all news agencies to show how this problem is out of hand and the city does NOTHING.

This property is full of toxic waste, hazardous waste, vermin, trash cars leaking fluid, homeless and drug use. when will the city do something. obviously this app is not working because it has been YEARS! it is a huge disgrace to the city that no one has ever even looked at it. it also has leaked around the corner. who is responsible and when will it be taken care of? I am now ready to just report it to the all the local news agencies and talk about how NOTHING has been done to even address this property. Children live near here and walk by here all the time. with the drug use goin on and the fumes from the waste just sitting here only intensifies the harm being done to our neighborhood. No one cares!

There have been several complaints about this property yet nothing has been done for a few years. This property is like a city dump. it. has a ones cars leaking fluids, trash and a collection of all kind of cats and other creatures and pests. this is on a street with children and is connected to other homes. people pull in and out of this place all day off loading junk by the truckload. this is a huge environmental issue and it needs to be addressed asap.

This corner is worse than a city dump. A huge amount of trash and hazardous waste is littered all over. It spills out on the streets around the property. I have watched trucks go in and out of this property like it is a normal business. something needs to be done. children have been seen playing in this dump and the amount of rodents that have developed her endangers the health of all the neighborhood. it is not hidden and I do not understand how city officials have not done anything for the handful of years it hans existed.

For 20 years or more we have been trying to report the damage to the street since ebmud did work on the sewer most of the 3x5 areas are sinking and to add to rhis issue, there are potholes. As you drive down the street, these issues plus the speed bumps cause damage to most cars. Since the city is unable to fix this for so long i will begin telling neighbors to submit bills for damage caused by this atreet. Or ahould we fix it ourselves like most people have changed their driveway entrance and added sidewalks to their property.

The street is ALL in horrible condition. If you like for your car to bottom out even by driving extremely slow, well this is the street to do it. I have reported it more than once and only ONE area was filled and now that area has sunk and is a problem once more. The street needs more than just filling it in. Parts or all of it needs to be replaced. It is in the worst shape ever.

This small street was just replaced and now it has opened up all new holes and dips. The company that did this work did not do it right and now there are holes where the access to water lines and the where the streets meet other streets it is just falling apart very quickly. I give it another month to be worse than it was before it was all replaced. This is a sick example of waste.
